Cancelation Policy

I understand that emergencies happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  With my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, 24 hour advanced notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule, especially if they are on a waiting list.

Late Arrivals

If arriving late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate the appointments of scheduled clients. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of treatment actually given, you will be financially responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and to my scheduled clients, please plan accordingly in order to arrive on time for your appointment.
